Sir, I deposited the 1000/- against for temporary connection but timely it was not given and in absence of temporary connection I was applied for permanent connection and it was given timely. Now request for from where I will get my 1000/- deposited against temporary connection or may take complain why temporary connection not made in time and to refund my deposite money. Thanks I do not want to complain , my interest is only refund of 1000/_

1000/- one thousend rupees was deposi ed for Temporary connection but it is not done in two month and patmanent connection is taken in absence of temporary connection. Is this amount can be given in refund or to which office I should be contacted for request.
