I am a user of CoolPad note 3 one of your most reputed and record breaking model of coolpade.
I request you to please share an official OS update, currently by default we have 5.1 Lollipop, hereby I request you to please update the OS version as it is very crucial part for a company to satisfy their users with technological updates.
As, I am using Jio sim card, I need to install JioVoice application to call from JIO, I request the team to kindly look into the serious issue that without that Jiovoice we users can call directly from the default calling application of the mobile.
I believe my genuine query will be address on a very high priority.
