    Dear Team,
    Today again , I have not received the newspaper today .
    What a poor service & pathetic customer experience .
    But received a call from 8037018141 today at 9.32, the concerned person was saying that as per his knowledge I have received the newspaper and on a regular basis I am receiving.

    Not only are you guys treating your valuable customer as a granted but also making fake allegations .
    First time I am getting such experience , I request you to please refund my amount .I would like to switch to Hindustan Times .

    Regarding this want to till you about that at the nangloi centre your inspector anil batt and anil bist are the inspector at nangloi they not providing booking money and customer gift are not disbursed.
    So in the regard l have send to you a mail that you will help to provide our compensation and customer gift to our inspector. They have spent six months and more to not give the compensation and gift when I have told to then they have avoided.

How ever this has pending from Chennai office for more than 3 weeks and still I have not receive positive feedback even though I have contact multiple times over phone. Requesting you to help on the below issue at the earliest.

    I have issued Cheque for Rs.899 towards renewal .But your office informed me that Canara Bank returned Cheque due to signature mismatch.Accordingly I made the online payment. However Bank deducted Rs.590 towards dishonored cheque charges.
    Hence I request you to kindly return the cheque to enable the same to be presented to Bank. Kindly treat it as most urgent request.

    Several reminders by email to CRM and also on Customer Care no. and several calls received from TOI wasting my time.
    They offer sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused but, not start supply of newspaper.

    My justified financial loss of TOI Non Delivery 19 Days Subscription Validity Date to be extended by K Chandrasekar:

    My mail claiming extension of my Subn. Coupon delivery for 19 days starts under repeated mail reminders since Aug 6, 2021.,and as on date 8 reminders sent till date.

    This 19 days TOI non delivery was because of TOI distributing dealer / Agent distribution area boundary dispute to my regd. address.

    Hence TOI delivery was not made in the past 2 non delivery interruptions und resumed with so much of complaints to CRM Chennai Aug 17, 2021..onwards till date.

    Also got reply on as “We have taken note of our n Aug 18, 2021.,on delivery days Compensation to the Concerned executive .Your issue will be resolved ASAP.

    Since then till Feb 17, 2022., I have sent 5 reminders for my claim extension of my Subn. Coupon delivery for 19 days.

    Even in one mail I have informed if not compensate my justified financial loss of 19 Days Subscription I will switched over to some other News Paper and will not renew my present subn. Coupon which ends on 15th May.’22.

    Hence it is up to you to keep my name under your one of the long standing Chennai customer list as “one of the Founder Member in TOI Chennai “

    I am regularly buying TOI Pune Edition and ET through your Designated Vendor at Balewadi, Pune ( Sarawade Newspaper Agency) Since last 1 month the Newspaper is delivered late at 8.30 AM and beyond owing to which Can't read it as leave at 8.30 for my Office. Time and again it has been informed to the Vendor , which is falling into Deaf Ears . Need your help to sort this out.

    This is to apprise you of the ground reality of TOI business at Mumbai.

    I shifted from Gurgaon to Mumbai 2 years back. I was a loyal HT subscriber for years. I decided to try TOI+ET in April 2022 and spoke to the newspaper vendor in our society and asked him to start my subscription for 1 year.

    He started the newspaper and asked me to pay up once i get call from TOI to verify the details

    I did the same but somehow the account verification took time and i paid up on 30th June 2022. 2 days back, he calls up and asks me to pay up for the newspaper that he sent for 3 months??? i asked why he didnt call and inform , he had no answer

    HE NOW INFORMED THAT HE WILL NOT SEND NEWSPAPER FOR NEXT 3 MONTHS AND HE STOPPED THE NEWSPAPER TODAY.. HOW CAN HE STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION OF 1 YEAR ???

    HE THEN THREATENED AND BAOSTED OF HIS POWER TO ESCALATE THIS TO ANY LEVEL


    In case you guys are weak in front of these local vendors (goons), then PLEASE REFUND my subscription amount and i will happily subscribe HT

    Being a long term customer, I recently renewed my subscription for the next two years, inspite of various followup the delivery agent is not deliveriing the paper at my door step , even if delivered I had to pick the paper in pieces.     It is shocking and surprising to see the most renowned company is not even bothered to respond to the voice of its consumer irrespective of sending several emails and phone calls, after getting the subscription amount.

    Your act of taking the subscription amount and not sending the newspapers and amazon coupon worth of INR. 400 as committed by you is not acceptable that too for the Company of your standard.

    I have called your customer care for morethan 6 times for the past 10 days even in my busy schedule, which is of no use. Your customer service miserably failed to address the basic issue which I hope the management is not aware.

    However, the act of your's is a completely breach of trust. I am completely aggrieved by the act of your customer service, will take it up legally to protect my rights and interest.

    I am Shoma Bhattacharjee, i live in Adyar Chennai, My mobile number is 9566102787. I had recently renewed my Subscription for TOI (16.06.2023) my subscriber id is 0039212393. Sice my renewal i am not been getting my newspaper, i have raised several complaints with their customer suppot number. one Ms. Sathya from customer support told me that the issue will be resolved, but they just do not bother to return their call or to reply us. After continuously trying they gave a the number of Times of India Manager Mr. Balajee's Number(9551390963) i tried taling to him also but he says that because we did not pay the vendor directly and made our subscription through TOI directly they will not issue paper hence forth.

    I totally fail to understand as to what is the mistake of the subscriber. For renewal TOI group keeps calling continuously but after payment they do not respond. I need help from the consumer cell to resolve this issue. I have paid Rs. 1149 for my annual subscription Either they should refund the amount or theyyy must issue paper. I kindly request the consumer complaint forum to intervene.

    This is to highlight you all that, due to poor local management of TOI I am facing lot of challenges as a subscriber.
    There is no proper coordination between the teams, everyone is giving statements as per their knowledge and misleading the end user.
    I am continuously raising complaint but every times it is showing resolved without my confirmation. This is worst service which is directly impacting a reported brand.
    I need call back from customer relationship lead, I don't trust anyone else down the line now.

    I am from Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu. I have paid advance annual subscription. The newspaper is not delivered regularly on a daily basis. Frequently it is delivered together on the following day. From 28th October for 4 days no newspaper has come. Regularly it is delivered only around 8.30 am. I have complained several times but nothing seems to change.
