Hi,
I was reading TOI from my childhood. I renewed my subscription last month for times of India news paper. I am not getting paper since 10 days. I made first complaint on 3rd April (Complaint no . 01486628) and followed by several calls but no use. I think support persons are not capable to resolve or there don’t care customer. I thought Times of India is a reputed organisation.
I am upset with your service so either you escalate the issue to your management or I have to approach Consumer court to get refund my subscription fee.
