    you that I Simran Singh want to state that I purchased a used commercial car registration number DL1NA2467 model Dzire ldi on 21/06/2023 vide payment reciept no 8C3-CA/2324/398 order no.83C/2324/PB-38 from T.R.Sawhney Nehru Place dealership from Mr Varun mob no.7982252469 who deals in used cars.They handed the car & papers of the car but didn't gave us original registration copy & bank Noc & told us they will give us these two things within a week but as if now more than 6 months are over they haven't provided us the papers despite regularly calling & keeping in touch with them. We have spent more than 50000 rupees on car on repairs & maintenance. Now when we called Mr Pardeep kataria mon.no.9355924959 who is the group head his wordings were what can I do,how can a group head who holds such a responsible post can give such a irresponsible answer that too after 6 months ,we don't understand how such a reputed firm like yours is having such irresponsible employes. We want to know what we should do with the car & who will pay the expenses done on car as we are used car dealers our profit margin has also gone as the car model will change & who will bear the depriciation of one year as the year will change in another 15 days ,will we get the papers or we should go to consumer court.what we will do of the car when we don't have the bank noc & Original Registration copy.

    possible will take some strict action against such irresponsible employees who are not concerned about the companies reputation & I hope to get your cooperation and your support is

    Dear Maruti,

    I am writing to inform you about my recent experience at TR Sawhney. As discussed with your staff, I visited the dealership to renew my policy and made an online money transfer of INR 10,800 to the company account on December 24th, 2023. My policy was set to expire on December 29th, and I wanted to pay in advance to ensure a smooth renewal process.

    However, I am disappointed to inform you that your company did not fulfill my request. Despite my continuous efforts to follow up with your staff, I have not received any updates or results. Every time I reach out, I am told that I will be updated, but no action has been taken as of December 30th, 2023.

    I am extremely upset with the staff's lack of responsiveness and the insurance department's apparent lack of control over their employees. It is concerning to see how the work is managed and how customer satisfaction is not prioritised. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your service department, and I am hesitant to purchase another Maruti car in the future.

    I hope you take my feedback seriously and address the issues within your organization. I believe it is crucial to provide efficient and satisfactory service to your customers.

    I have sent my car for service today at Ambala City TR Sahney Showroom HR01AS8433. Person from service centre call me and said sir your total estimate will be Rs 8000 and we will also discount in this . I said ok. After 1 hour I got call from them again they said to me that sorry sir the part we are saying is not to be changed and the other part that is chimta is to be changed and that will cost around 4000 . I said Nexa charges less please give my car back as it is . I will do it from Nexa . In the meantime I go to GST department for some case and when I back to my office then they call me that your car is ok and your bill is Rs 17000. Firstly they didn’t inform me regarding the cost structure and amount they are charging and what will be the final amount. Worst experience and fraud activity by them . I will never go to TR Sahney Showroom Ambala City

    Insurance policy renewal by Parveen Singh:

    My car details: DL10CR1250 model: celerio VXI CNG 1L ,2022. 3 days ago ,Payment has been done from my side for renewal insurance policy. After payment done, no one responding me on a call or MSG. Neither responding tr Sawhney executive Nor responding that person which had came at my location for payment.
    Your customer care number is getting engaged I have tried multiple time.
    Still I am waiting for my insurance policy documents only 3 day lefts for expiring my last policy.
    Please do the needful on priority

    I purchased a insurance policy from TR Sawhney East Gokulpuri Delhi on request a telecaller Ms Sneha .
    She requested to me that if you purchased policy by us then I will give you free washing coupon, service coupon, polish and keyring also. And promised me that I will send policy's hardcopy and above things on your address.And she also text me on WhatsApp.
    Then I purchased above said policy.
    But after a month she didn't send policy's hardcopy and other things.
    I have been called her more times and text her also. She is not giving reply.Her action seemed very careless and deceitful. How good her behavior was while selling the policy and how has it changed now. No professional can do this.

    In this regard, I write this email in order to state that the tentative date for delivery of the car was stated as 32 to 36 week but it has been more than the given time and the car has not yet been delivered. In addition to this ,I just got one intimation call from your staff and I informed them they are already late in delivering the car so ,I wanted to buy the car registration of 2024.Moreover, I have tried reaching out to showroom staff and they were very rude and unethical and I am not receiving any appropriate response in this regard.



    Kindly look into the matter asap and take the necessary action.
