    Dear Maruti,

    I am writing to inform you about my recent experience at TR Sawhney. As discussed with your staff, I visited the dealership to renew my policy and made an online money transfer of INR 10,800 to the company account on December 24th, 2023. My policy was set to expire on December 29th, and I wanted to pay in advance to ensure a smooth renewal process.

    However, I am disappointed to inform you that your company did not fulfill my request. Despite my continuous efforts to follow up with your staff, I have not received any updates or results. Every time I reach out, I am told that I will be updated, but no action has been taken as of December 30th, 2023.

    I am extremely upset with the staff's lack of responsiveness and the insurance department's apparent lack of control over their employees. It is concerning to see how the work is managed and how customer satisfaction is not prioritised. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your service department, and I am hesitant to purchase another Maruti car in the future.

    I hope you take my feedback seriously and address the issues within your organization. I believe it is crucial to provide efficient and satisfactory service to your customers.
