Just right before 5 mins i visited you fuel station which is near Bhuj, Gujrat, we wait there for 3-4 mins but no one gave any response and there was no staff around us, then we left without filling diesel in our car, felt so bad that cell fuel station can do this, it was unexpected sorry to say this but this should not happen at cell fuel station thank you

You can check I am regular customer of shell due to discipline and car care you guys took at your station, but I had bad experience in filling coolant on Shell’s Petrol station Deolali Link Rd, Pathardi Phata, Nashik.
While filling coolant Mechanic had damage my car to be specific my foot rest XUV 5OO badly as attached photo
I register Complaint over there, still nor feedback neither single call received yet, before I go to further escalation you should be aware of issue.

Hi,
I am your regular customer.
On 05 may 22, visited your pump located on Pune Banglore highway, vill. Korti dist Satara, near Umbraj. I have asked for normal diesel and top up, person filling the tank after 12 liter he fingred with nozzle and the filling stopped when inquired he told that there is some issue with sensor, again he start filling and continuously fingring with nozzle when asked, he is started behaving rudly, then i asked for complain book the other person in store came and said they don't have complaint book, then i asked for manager ,they phone the manager i talked to him and he was in pune. Person who was filling is very rude .
So, i am requesting to take necessary action against the pump.

I have changed the Engine oil and coolant oil at your shell stations at Hulimavu, Bangalore
They replaced the Oil filter with 6inches (Which is not recommended) it should be 4 inches as per the standard and we doesn’t know about that. Yesterday while crossing the hump it touched and filter got damaged, we didn’t noticed that after few kilometres car has completely stopped and Showroom mechanic has said that it’s Engine got seized because of using the not recommended oil filter.

I filled full tank normal petrol at Petrol Bunk ID 10048886, Bellary Road, Bangalore-56, to my BMW car. At any petrol bunk the mileage my BMW car shows was 750km, where as at the above petrol bunk the mileage is shown as 578km. So there is deficiency in the petrol being delivered to the customers. Please check the petrol bunk if they are cheating.

I am last from 3 years come to fill up shell petrol from ksb chowk shell pump.when after 5 pm when we go fill up petrol always Air tyre machine closed.
Shell is says our 24 hours service. If Shell not providing Air facility to us why they always closed Air after 5 pm.
We trust shell petrol but they are not trusted..
Always says any reasons for air not available
Please if shell not providing facility 24 hours. They not say only morning 8 To 5pm we give facility.
