Requesting a change in service AT discounted rate by Liji:

I am yr customer at kochi fm many years.Recently i had a sun burn on my face,i went to yr office i was advised to do stem cellogist by a visitor faculty of yr esteemed company at discounted rate.
I regret to inform you that i have found this treatment absolutely unsuitable..
After two sittings,everything remains the same.I have wasted
my time and part money i deposited..
I understand a detann treatment would give me better results..
I would have got the detann at a discounted rate if i was guided properly i feel..
Kindly do needful to convert the outstanding balance amt of my service to be used for detann (normal)AT DISCOUNTED RATE for which i was eligible..
Otherwise i feel i was cheated ,considering me as a mere client and urs as a pure business and me unsatisfied customer

Hi...I already complained against ur product that is vlcc day n night cream which causes very bad results on my face. I sent many emails regarding this matter but didn’t get any positive response. I have already fulfill all the requirements which u people want from my side but still I didn’t get any response n detail what u r doing for me . You people even did nothing to cure the problem of my face n did not refund my money . It shows the importance of ur customers for u . It’s very shameful for such a reputed company like vlcc .......... Hoping for ur best response I already discussed all my issues to u people last time I had a talk to some of ur personal care officer then she insured me that she will talk to me soon n do best regarding my issue but till now she didn’t do anything regarding this matter . I m still waiting for ur best response. I hope this time u people do ur best for me. Thanks
