    Respected sir,
    My Sansui 50inch led tv is not working. Display was not visible. I registered a service with warranty, they came and checked and they said hav to change completely and asked me to wait fr 10 days to get a spare. They called me once the spare was received and asked me to bring the TV. I said mam you come to my house and get it, fr tat they said we don't have labour and v can't come. So you bring the TV here they said. And i brought the TV to the service center and they said me to come tomorrow....
    Then by the next day they telling the display was broken... But when i gave to them it didn't sir.....
    I don't know what to do...
    They not responding properly so pls kindly help me.

    Hi team,

    I have purchased one sansui android led tv from the dealer
    After 6 months tv has been created a problem right now
    The tv speakers is not working i have done the complaint as well which is registered by kapil provide svcode S83016
    The guy kapil has already taken the payment 944/- and said that we will come on tomorrow but today is already 5 days is completed but there’s no response from the service provider i need get it sort on today it self otherwise i will go social or file the legal because the tv amount is 42000 which is not a small amount now u guys will decide

    Respected sir,
    I harinath singh want to complaint you regarding the negligence in follow up and helping me out with the problem faced by me in using the product. I have purchased a sansui AC on 5th oct 2017. The AC stopped working on 5th of August 2018. I called the customer care which had no solution instead wasted my time. then they told technician will come on 5th Aug 18 but nobody came.
    On 6th Aug 18 a technician salman came and checked at night 9:30 pm and told PCB issue is there. then till date no follow up is done by the customer care or the service center. I have been told that 21 days will be taken for this. my warranty period being used by your company for your fault. customer care says we cant do anything call service center and service center is not answering the call. I have others ways also so do complete it as soon as possible. I am attaching the invoice with the mail find it in the attachment.
    I have few questions related to this to which i want answers
    1. when you are using so many days are you going to increase the warranty period ..if no...then why are you not completing the task?
    2. I want to shift my house how to shift if your things are not done.?
    3. who are answerable to this issues?

Its been almost two month my sansui led tv is in service center and i asked them to fix it.. The person named Ajay Chauhan (mobile no. 7065022527 ) told me that they don't have the parts (panel) to fix it. So they can't fix it and said me to pay 50% cost of led which is approx. Rs 19000 to get the new one. It is totally unfair, its not my fault, why should i pay? I will lodge the complaint against the company in the court, if the issue doesn't get resolved.

    had a problem of sound which is manufacturing defect i.e sound from aux cable is very worst. I have complain many times at toll free .Technician visited 3 times with a defected part of motherboard. He was unable to find whats the fault actually was. Now before few days your toll free services told me that the Technician wil visit again bt none of Technician visited with in 2 weeks. Also i want to inform you that its a defect of cheap quality motherboard .so please work on its part again and re-call the products for quality of the products and for the reputation of sansui. Also give little focus on the technician that give fake attendance of visit for customer satisfaction to sansui head department.
