I purchased a sansui led on 9th of February 2016 with 5 year warranty. In November 2018, it stopped working, i called in service center they asked me for Rs. 1300 as service charge and told me to wait minimum 2 months. Its been almost two month my sansui led tv is in service center and i asked them to fix it.. The person named Ajay Chauhan (mobile no. 7065022527 ) told me that they don't have the parts (panel) to fix it. So they can't fix it and said me to pay 50% cost of led which is approx. Rs 19000 to get the new one. It is totally unfair, its not my fault, why should i pay? I will lodge the complaint against the company in the court, if the issue doesn't get resolved.
