I have contacted today regarding my product dilievery information as ,it has been ordered on 8 Oct 18 and the expected dilievery time was 12 Oct 18. Now I m getting information that estimated dilievery time is 16 Oct 18. Which is not okay for me.
She was not ready to answer my query and I asked to connect my call to her supervisor she disconnected the call ,without listening anything.
I need action on this behaviour, this is the worst customer care service
