I brought wonderchift hand mixer 300w but it is not working. I contact your customer service 30 April and he said 2-3 days our technicians repair but no bady come. So I hope you taken correct action and resolve problems.

Hi I have an order of 6500 at wonderchef...and paid 6500.... online...I got confirmation email also...and shipment number and order id also... but now m not able to track my things...the customer care people are not responding...called more than 100 times.... they are talking and purposefully cutting the call.... plz help.me... order id . I am not happy with the services of Wonderchef. In June last week i have purchased the mixer and in October it stopped working.
On 26 October I called customer care and lodge a complaint regarding Mixer not working. After 27 days I have to again call them and reminded that no one visited for checking the same.
Then yesterday after 29 days engineer came and clicked the pick of the same and asked us to wait for 1 week more. If this type of service is given why should one will take the Wonderchef product...?
