Respected Sir/Madam,
I had found a property on your website, listed under an owner named Dhananjay. Apparently this person has been posing as an owner of a residence at Greenwoods CHS society, Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai. He has been putting it up for sale on your portal and running a con since the past two years. This I found out through the office at Greenwoods CHS society. The original owners have not been in the country since the past few years and have not put it up for rent either. However, "Dhananjay" had put up this property on rent for INR 18,000 per month. This person asked for an advance booking confirmation token of INR 8,000 in order to confirm my booking and for him to come down to Mumbai to show the property. I had a telephonic conversation with him, where he said that he was transferred to Gurgaon and had multiple booking requests. I found that understandable and agreed to pay the token amount. I understand it was somewhat my fault that i completely trusted him and took for granted that your portal would have ensured a background check on the owner and his listing, further leading up to this mess.
Being a well reputed and foremost national portal for property rental and sale service, I would prefer not to hold you partly responsible for this situation; provided I’m guaranteed your help and assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible in whatever way. I had a word with one of your customer care executives regarding this matter and was denied any sort of help or assistance. Being a mediator between a buyer and seller; it is your professional and moral responsibility to ensure a faithful, reliable and legally authentic transaction in order to at least to avoid such mishaps. Refusing to be of any assistance in such situations can only be considered as supporting such fraudulent activities. I am not the only person to be a victim of this scenario. There have been multiple cases over the past 2 years, all of which have been recorded.
I have currently filed a case at the MIDC police station. I’m attaching the entire conversation thread as well as the FIR report with this mail. I expect some cooperation from your behalf. Failing to do so, I will be forced to take this up on all major social medias. An outcome of which, is not viable to either of the parties involved

Hello Team,
This is with reference to Assisted Service Invoice No. MBBRD092411103 for which I have paid Rs 10000/- on 24th September however I do not want to avail this service and I want refund for the amount I have paid for the services.
I have already communicated to you Sales Service Team from whom I have availed this service on 26th September however I am not getting proper response from them.
As per Sales Service Representative Miss Priya and Mr. Kumar, they can not give me any refund however they denied providing me any policy document related to refund which mention that Magic brick will not provide any refund in case I want to cancel my services.
I have not used any Magicbricks services and within 2 days I told Sales team that I do not want to avail this service and requested for refund.
Request you to please look into this matter and process refund.

I purchased a Gold package of MagicBricks with Property Id: 47740055 to sell my flat at Pune. Subsequently the photo shoot was completed and I got a verified tag to my property. But then I realized that their team removed the essential details of my property like the electronics that I am giving with it, pre-paid maintenance details, etc. which I initially mentioned in the description. Also they changed status to unfurnished whereas the status was always semi-furnished. The biggest problem is the address is not reflecting the township of my property which has lot of value.
Inspite of several complaints and escalations to their customer care team, they keep sending frustrating mail like share the original confirmation mail.
It is my property, I bought a paid subscription, Magic Bricks photographer himself visited the property for photoshoot and verified it still they are not ready to correct the details. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Magicbricks sales team constantly tortured and forced me to take titanium luxury packages claiming that would get 10 guaranteed sales leads in my locality by filtering or refund my money.
However in reality all leads given were no way related to my locality like one person called for house search in hyderabad and told he wrongly clicked mine, another lead given has 9 digit invalid number and two other leads mobile number is permanently switched off.
Please help arrange for refumbd

I had purchased magicbricks.com platinum service from magic bricks with property ID 64040535. I continuously got the calls from their sales team that I need to upgrade the plan to get better response. Finally they succeeded to convince me and get another 5000/- in the name of digital marketing package. Finally after paying a sum of total 9700/- I had to call them every day and get total frustration as I did not get any responses/ leads. I strongly asked them to refund my amount and their sales coordinator did not respond. Non of the people in customer care also not refunding my amount. I have even told I will go to consumer forum. I must put in records ,these people cheat millions of people like us and loot money.
