On 06/09/18, I have own on a online auction a honda dio and received it on 13/09/18. I have discovered that the Scooty has the following problem: the body is totally broken all parts are stolen even silencer, seat, front headlight body, indicator nothing is there only the chassis is there. Before payment i asked many times to office bearers to give me the details of the Scooty and pictures but i didn't get response .
The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
As you are in breach of contract I am rejecting the Honda dio and request that you refund the sum paid to you of 12700.
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
I'm waiting for your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim.

This is for your kind information that Before 4 month ago i have bought electric switches and sockets and many other item for new house .
But after 3 month fan regulators and sockets are not working properly .
Suddenly fan regulators speed uneven increse and one regulator suddenly caught fire .at that same time we are at home. if we are not at home then may be a big fire at my home and may be big accident through electric fire.
