I am your one of home loan account holder. as i have requested several times through e-mails, phone calls to servesh and your toll free no as well for revision of my repayment schedule to repayment PRINCIPAL AMOUNT with INTEREST. today i has call your one executive Mr. Sarvesh(Barakhamba Branch)but unfortunately he lose his temper and started shout on me and also clearly denied to consider my request. Now i don't know to whom should i approach for my request.
Further i was not expected this kind of unethical behavior from L&T side. its really hurt me a lot and credibility of L&T as well.
you are requested to consider my request and take the corrective action on my request and complain asap.

I cleared my 24 Emi in the month of March. one official call me to collect noc by paying late fine about ₹ 4000.I had 5 nos delayed emi payment due to late payment of my salary. But i paid on within the espective month. At the time of sanction of the loan l&t official had not provide any information about your penalty rules.

My SB account are some problem so every month i paid due by cash mode with in a month.
This month due (Total Pending 1 Due Only) already i said i will pay with in week but L & T executive forced me so i told i will try...
But today L & T executive called me then talked very worst words related to my masculinity etc...

I received this above message few minutes back on my mobile phone. For your kind information I'm clear with my monthly payment towards l&t finance dated every 5th of the month.
So please explain me how the amount reached to Rs. 5603 & why should i maintain my account with sufficient funds of Rs. 500 by tomorrow. Why ? Please answer me ASAP.
