My father has bought vehicle taking L&T finance and missed to repay 1 month installment i.e., of may. there are continuous calls from people saying they are calling from L&T and asking to transfer money to their personal account . We have all the call details and message details in which they had mentioned that they would seize the vehicle. I have gone through the total policy and never they mentioned to go under such process. We need immediate resolution or we would go legally complaining the same.

I am Sushil Rajaram Ghag, we purchased the Bike Model GS 150 R date of 19/04/2012 down payment 23000 Finance the L&T my Lone file no-1057296, we pay the EMI 16 Month 2078 but bike accident the year 2013,we Repair the Suzuki service center Alibag total repair cost 32000 but my insurance not clam the ICIC bank reason model no not carrect the RC book finaly two months later bike ripar but not helping us the Finance time and Suzuki delar i am pay the money full payment. That's why not pay the EMI 5 month ,thats why my bike towing the Finance before we go the Finance office pay to Money, he told your bike sold the and satelmant amount.
But my Account close but not givet the NoC for me. I am going the 3 time CBD balapur office he told you pay the fist loos amount, But exative not amaunt Show,we why pay the lose amonunt .

This is to inform you that, last month itself has cleared your premium for all the emi's and till today have not received any message or email or call towards that the emi loan has been cleared and when will i be getting the NOC from your team.
Please somebody look into and revert on priority.
Post clearance also customers has to follow with your team. Really pathetic service and if we call to customer care service no they will be saying that all the customer care executives are busy with the customers are we not a customer.
