Unable to cancel subscription by Aanchal Faryadi:

Hi team,
I am not able to cancel the premium subscription that was mistakenly activated by me.. neither i am able to see any cancel option in "My Account" page nor i am able to cancel via apple settings. As I have already mentioned that i had mistakenly activated that, i have been charged by hotstar for the service i have never used.
As i go on your my account page, it is written there that "read apple instructions for cancellation", so as suggested i read those steps carefully, even then i failed to cancel the subscription due to some unknown error showing while I was going through the said process.
I have been charged once for the subscription. It will not be appreciated if I would be charged again. Kindly advise on this and would request you to cancel the subsciption on my behalf.

it's not an complaint,its request to uploading the starting episodes of dil dosti dance.
dil dosti dance is serial having episodes 857.but on hot star there is ending 390 episodes episodes is present,also in which some of episodes not working.
it's always been eritating to watch the something from middle.i hope your understanding our filling.
