Without any acknowledge the one month subscription is actived on my number and deduct the charges from my bank account. So i am not using this hotstar subscription.

I want to end my monthly subscription ith Hotstar as I am not using the service anymore and moreover I am not able to login through my subscription account but the amount gets deducted from my account every month as it is an auto pay and I am not able to cancel the trensaction from my end. If you can kindly do the needful. I also want to ask why cant I get a customer care number for Hotstar, in case we want o contact them directly?

Hi,
I have a hotstar premium account with the same email id as mentioned above. I haven't shared my credentials but everytime I try to view a premium content, it showed more than one premium content can't be used. I even changed my password but still doesn't help. Please help me out as I pay 200 per month not for this.
