Facing regular issues with the Hawker in supply of HT in Mohali Sector 117 area. He has taken 2 months Subscription coupons in advance and now not acknowledging the same and stopped the supply of newspaper. as a customer i felt cheated by paying advance money to HT directly and still unable to read the newspaper due to Hawker. Need immediate resolution as M unable to read my favourite HT from last 7 days.

I have been a regular customer of Ht newspaper since many years.My office has been shifted from Sco 37, Distt. Shopping Centre, Ranjit Avenue Amritsar to Village Heir, Ajnala Road, Amritsar. As my present office is quite far away from the previous one and as per his convenience I have asked him to drop newspaper in my house which is in Ranjit Avenue only but in vain. मेरा नाम रुपेश जैन है मै शकरपुर ,दिल्ली मे रहता हु मैंने हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अखबार की 15 महीने की बुकिंग करवाई जिसके लिए मैंने चेक दिया और वो चेक मेरे अकाउंट से 21 जून 2018 को डेबिट हो चूका है लेकिन अभी तक न तो कोई मेल आई न कोई कूरियर या लैटर.
अखबार तो बहुत दूर की बात है
मुझे 9821444317 से 16 जुन 2018 को कन्फर्मेशन ऑफ़ अड्रेस के लिए 1 बार कॉल आया बस
उसके बाद मैंने 40 -50 बार उस नुमबर पे कॉल किया लेकिन कोई कॉल पिक नहीं करता या कॉल को काट दिया जा रहा है
अब मुझे ये समझ नहीं आ रहा की अखबार की डिलिवरी कब से होगी या नहीं होगी
बड़ी शर्म की बात है की 1.5 - 2 महीने हो चुके लेकिन अखबार का कोई अता-पता ही नहीं इस तरीके से काम करता है क्या हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स जैसे बड़े अखबार का स्टाफ , ये तो शर्म की बात है इस अखबार के स्टेटस के लिए

Few days, the paper was given regularly at right time. However the same old situation is stated again. Besides getting the newspaper late, I did not get at all Newspaper on 16 & 17 Sept 2018 and my repeated call on mobile no. 9667179742 went unanswered.

This is in continuation to the subscription I have taken for 3 years.
The coupon has been returned to the vendor twice in last ten days time even after I spoke and your customer service executive asked to send 2nd time for the payment. As you are not paying to the vendor, the vendor has stopped giving news paper as he is not confident about the payment.
Do you feel it is healthy relationship !!!!! That means the vendor has no trust on you and if this continues that will impact my trust as well. May I know the reason of harassing him as well as me in this way.
