Complaint Non receipt of Coupons

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I have booked Hindustan Times for a period of 12 months under "HT Emerald Offer" vide implementation Coupon Serial No: 2037269 in my name Prem Lata 1412/61 Sector 61, Chandigarh on 12.3.2018 through Parveen Kumar. On inquiring from your office it seems that coupons have been misplaced or may be delivered to some wrong person.

    Please reissue fresh or duplicate coupons at the earliest, As newspaper vendors are harrasing us unnecessarily.
