My wife has approached to the office on 03/05/2018 at GUJARAT GAS LTD., situated at Chandkheda to disconnect the PNG Line with cheque of Rs 1180/- due to renovation work is in progress at my house and has also requested to reconnect the PNG Line after renovation has been done. Thereafter, on 31.05.2018 one person named RAJAN with another person came to my house to disconnect the PNG Line but has not done the same till date stating that I abused him when he came. However, when they came at my home, I am at my office. Further, I am not given any statement like stated by him. I am Central government employee and I have no time for personally visit the said office. Therefore, my wife has visited the said office two or three time. Further, I have made frequent call from my office as well as from my home. One named kiranbhai working at Chandkheda office, harassed by saying they will come at morning, then said at noon, then said at evening. However, after lapse of 43 days, no one attend my home to disconnect the line.
Therefore, I kindly request you to look into matter and do needful.
