At time of application of temporary disconnection not inform how much time takes to disconnect.
At time of apply to reconnect GAS connection your office not inform, how much time/days they take, to reconnect.
When I complain on 23rd,February 23, 2018, they give vague answered they not given in any writing INFORMATION how much maximum time the required to reconnect.

Work was in progress for new connection in Shri rang Krishna avenue zadeshwar Bharuch. During digging drainage pipe damaged. I asked the workers for their supervisor but he was not available. The leakage is there from last 6 days and yet not attended. Pit is still open. Please look into matter on priority as the childrens play around and the possible falling hazard
