Already 25 days is over, till date no one attended the complaint, everyone is calling either from factory or Sales/service department for feedback to save their back.
The way company is running, even LALA company also not working in this mode.

I purchased a bathroom door from your dealer, Devaansh Trading, 144 Picnic Garden Road, Kolkata - 700039, Ph - 9163374614, which was fitted on 10.08.18.
The quality of fittings like Chikini, Handle, Screw(2" iron screw instead of stainless steel) etc. is of cheap & poor quality. As a result, one handle did not fit properly & was fitted in bend form. While I complained
to M/s.Devaansh Trading about this, they promised to change the handle & set it right. However, your above Dealer has not rectified the faulty handle till now.
I request your interference on my problem & arrange for replacement & proper fitting of door handle.
