This is extremely poor that even being such a great travel company you can't understand the problem of one using your services. I ,prince Gupta , who will be traveling from Delhi to Ahmedabad wishes to re schedule my flight but you aren't helping me out with it. Today because of some urgency I have to book flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad in a hurry due to which I booked a flight on 22 October,2018 @ 6:15 pm whereas I was to book 6:15 am on 21 October,2018 .This all chaos was because of your pop up of cheap flight which confused me . This is really poor that even though goibibo is one who are renowned for there customer satisfaction and you can't even do that much. This is not something what a regular Traveller expect from you.
I have query regarding my Booking. It is in "Booking in progress" state for long by Ajay Makode:

I have booked the ticket through Goibibo and payment completed and It was showing Booking in progress.
I thought ticket will be confirmed soon.
But it is still showing as "Booking In progress".
When I tried to call customer care I am not able to connect everytime it was playing some music and call is getting disconnected.
This is really pathetic... Please let me know what to do with this........
