The woofer is not working. I have purchased new system and it is not working from the very first day. I have filed complaint through vendor many times and Its been a month but no response occur till now.

Respected Fenda Team,
Recently i bought a Fenda audio player F210x model. But it stopped working suddenly.
Its new brand name product stopped working within one month of purchase, i don't understand that how cheap product made by company while Fenda name is in top in market yet product is low quality.
I want it to replace with new one otherwise i will take help of social media or consumer firm
