I booked a ticket through Goibibo app on 2 sep 2018 from Lucknow to New Delhi my first transaction was failed the amount has been deducted but the ticket was not booked. I made another transaction the ticket was booked this time and the amount of 1074 has been deducted again.
I already had a word with the bank they told me the amount was deducted twice and no refund was made from the merchant, transaction no. are as follows for both the transaction

I was making a booking by using a promocode that is FESTIVE but unable to avail the benefits. As per T&C i will get 20% instant discount on total amount but i did not get the discount so i did not make the booking.
