patiala first flight courier is very poor service, the always do delay
this is 4th time i have experience
this was too much
this courier (I91900356698) was booked on 22 dec but still today on 28th nov it is on transit, this is just because of patiala center, they keep this packet with then not send further., they always do that.

Hi all,
I would like to let you know that I have sent a monitor from Patna to Gurgaon having a consignment number U908008086. Now the matter of concerns is that the courier partner has sent my consignment through their personal means instead of sending it by flight. Even when I raised this on the second day of my courier then they respond that it will be updated in sometime. Now they have damaged my monitor screen in any way and I received a complete damaged product and now my Company has raise a damage quotation of 11200 + 18% GST. Now you people tell me what type of services your partner are providing to your customer and who will pay this damage penalty.
Note: Quantity by weight on packaging = 14.5 kg
Amount charged = 3750 INR
