This to complain you regarding major delay in the Delivery of Dkt. No.- J991P0360449, we have paid Rs.335/- for one envelope for fast delivery, it was booked on 23rd August 2018 & it was told us that it will be delivered on 25th August 2018.
Today (28.08.2018, Time-1:05 P.M.) when we called to follow up, your person at Mysore (Mob. No.- 7337666395) told us that no body responding on phone call, where as we have not mentioned any phone no. on the envelope, this shows that your person at Mysore is very e-responsible and making false statement.
Please look into the matter seriously and make sure that envelope should be delivered before 3 P.M. dated- 28.08.2018.

This is to inform you that my wife's(Annu Rajput) PAN card had dispatched by NSDL to Gwalior vide docket no. B903Z4381746 through first flight courier service . It reached your gwalior office on 19-09-2018 as per tracking history on your first flight site but nobody delivered PAN card at delivering address.
After 20 day in the month of october we received a phone call from your gwalior office regarding the collection of PAN card that we have to collect our PAN card from your office at Padao, gwalior.
we requested to your your representative to deliver PAN card at the address written on the consignment but he refuse to do the same.
Please do the needful to delivered my consignment at deliver address.

May PAN Card was consigned by NSDL through courier reference No B903Z6106032 for delivery to me. The Courier Agency never made any attempt to deliver it to me despite the fact that it had reached them on 08 Sep 2018. When enquired after one month, it was told by the delivery agent that no such article has been received by them and that you should visit their office at Chandigarh. To my surprise my PAN has been returned undelivered with the note that 'no such consignee is available with the given address'. It is strange to observe the attitude of officials of the courier agency and put question mark on their services.
