Asked for a half cup regular tea as mentioned in the menu which was unavailable. When they are preparing tea fresh, how come half and regular tea is unavailable???2nd, after ordering, waited 5min for bill but instead I had to ask for the bill specially.
3rd,On requesting an extra cup, teapost charges 5extra??? On questioning,the biller got angry and was extremely unpolite,that too with a lady.
Extremely disappointed!! Very rude biller!!!

I am writing this after my 5th experience. I am regular visitor of Alembic park tepost vadodara. I usually drink coffee but in winter whenever I ask for ginger elichy they say ginger pudhina is on making order that. I do not like mint at all, every time they do this. I do not know why? for 5 rs extra>? and most of the people ask for ginger elichy I don't understand why they force all of us drink mint-flavored tea.

This feedback is for Seasons Mall Magarpatta outlet. This outlet is very good. Its setup is good and so is the atmosphere. I came here with my mother, Although I don't like tea. So I ordered ginger tea for my mom. While placing the order, I saw the 1 lady staff handling the customer well with proper grooming. When I ordered it. I told her to make fresh tea. After 4-5 minutes I got the tea from her. When my mom drank the tea, she liked it very much. My mom told me to try some tea, so I trusted her and ordered 1 tea for me. And I asked Lady staff to make it fresh. After minutes I got tea. After drinking the tea, I really felt very good and fresh. The tea was very tasty.Me and my mom enjoyed drinking the tea very much. When we were about to leave the cafe, my mom asked the name of the lady who made the tea and thanked her.
So The Satff name Is Ms. JAYA MAHITE.
Excellent job, Excellent Customer Service, Maintain Quility. Whenever we come there to watch a movie, we will 100% come in the Tea post. thank you Miss Jaya, you made my mom's day good. ????
