I like to tell you your customer care is worst don't know how to speak and don't have any customer service skill,they disconnected the call of mine today around 04:15pm and and not able yo resolve my query frkm last 10 days i waiting for dlvry person who will pick up by return package which was not the same product I order.Till now no one has picked it up and everyone is saying me it would be picked up within two to three days but not yet it had been picked up.I want my refund back and i will never purchase anything from you guys and i want my in same mode through which i have paid.I know you guys cannot do anything and just make excuse like everyone over thd call no help neither through chat every time thry ask the screenshot of return request till date and not taken any initiative"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"dont know how to handle calls,they are not even listening i am saying from other end not replying even.GUD JOB CLUB FACTORY.

Kal date 10/8/2018ko Mere Rs.24999/_ apke employee ne mere atm se widraw kar liye hain jiska helpline no.91_9931270377 hai. Maine 2 order aapki co. Main book kiye the no37605153and 37632653 hain. Employee ne kaha ye order cancile karke re order karna hoga. Aapke paise aapko mil jayege.usne mera atm no. Lekar mere Rs.24999 apne a/c main tranfer kar liye hain.wo kah raha tha ke 24 ghante main aapke a/c main aa jayenge aap meri koi FIR mat kawana uske request karne par maine abhi koi FIR nahi ki lekin ab main com. Ke nam se FIR likhwa dunga employee jisko bhi paisa return karne ke liye kahta hai uska pehle atm no. Puchta hai.

On 12th Aug, I withdraw that amount to my personal account number, Unfortunately, It has been 10 days passed and still that amount has not credited to my account.

if you are buy some producty, if there is available in this stock then ther are provided else or they will received your allproduct but they deliver only available producty.i was facing many more times.this a fucing ass hole srvices. They do not know how service with customer. bloody mother fuckers.Club factory team if you dont have product confirmation then never show to your list. You all are ass hole.
