I have been struggling to get my Refund Back. Its been like a harassment talking to a new executive on every day and explaining my case history. In spite of initiating my request for refund before delivery of the product itself, these guys got delivery made at my place. Again at the time of delivery, i mentioned pls arrange to take it back as am not interested in continuing the services. Mentor/respective managers ignored all the communications and now mentioning that 15 days period have already expired and Refund can not be initiated. I communicated through written email and verbal too well in advance. Since they lacked in performing their duties and now misleading the facts. Pls assist me in getting this issue resolved and let their negligence bear the penalty and not me.

I have recieved your study material on 13.12.2018, for my daughter miss. Devika suresh, through your representative Miss. Krishnapriya,on her confirmation that the material can be returned to Byjus, if not useful to the student and nothing is to be paid for the service. Accordingly, I requested to take back the material vide e mail dtd 26.12.2018. But till date, the material not recollected by Byju's and loan amount is deducting from my salary in each month.
