I am rajnarayan Pai and I paid for byjus premium where they gave me a lenovo tablet with a SD card. I was watching a video on byjus and suddenly byjus stopped and it said we are not able to recognise the SD card plz insert it back into the slot but when I did so it isn't recognizing the SD card and saying error no. 2001 plz help regarding this issue

Sir/Madam,
I had taken the free trial of Byju's for 15 days in the month of June. When we got the phone call for continuing the Byju's service and for email confirmation after 15 days we had said that we don't want to continue it and we had not permitted them to cut our EMI. According to this they immediately locked the videos in the Byju's app. And we have also said them to collect the tablet and the other accessories given for the trial.
But on 28th of August 2018 we got a call regarding the EMI they said that our EMI has started from last 2 months that is from July inspite we had not given permission to them. And still the videos in the Byju's app is locked and the EMI is has been cutted off.
I request you that even of doing so much phone call to the customer care and now by writing please stop my EMI and to refund my 6000 rupees back in my account.

I’m continuously making calls on byjus ccare but they are not resolving my problem. I took the package on last year in the month of November. I call 20 times in customer care but they are giving numbers and numbers of different peoples. It’s quite hectic for me. Resolve the problem immediately.

We baught the Byjus learning app placed order trcked it on net found the shipment reached our area office on 21st Sept.on net it is showing from yesterday that out for delivery but till today 17.00hrs.not recieved it is hardly 10 min walking distance and in office nobody picking phone I called many times so please look into matter or change the courier service. Bad expirience

Sir I request you that please came and collect your byjus kit because it create a problem in my eyes because sometime I am suffering from eyes bleeding . Doctor advices me that up to 18 it will remain as it is after 18 the laser operation will done so I request to collect it and this kit I received it on 2nd of August and I informed it on 15 of August .
