I am Kamala D/O Valsingh R/O Rishabhdeo, Dist- Udaipur. My K.No. is 130154012165. Your employee took wrong reading before December 2018. Then I complained to the AEN Rishabhdeo. They investigate the problem and found, it is a meter problem. After that They change the meter but not change old reading.
kindily help me. I am a female. We lighted only three bulb and a fan in the room.

electricity bill payment rupees 1839 and I got reward 30 rupees by
app. so amount was deducted 1809 from my bank account. My transaction
was not successful. I complaint to support upi@sbi.co.in
They replied that my amount successful to beneficiary bank account
on 05-02-2019 through transaction reference number 903516055027
please the amount is transfer to AVVNL electricity bank account in
UNION BANK OF INDIA.
please check the amount. I was already again payment to AVVNL for
behalf of that electricity bill.
so I want the amount is refund in my account. I am very afraid and
tired to all complaints systems.

सर् मेरा नाम हेमंत राठौर हैं में परतापुर का रहने वाला हु मेरा पूरा पता :- संतपुरा मोहल्ला परतापुर जिला बांसवाड़ा तह गढ़ी ( राज ) हैं अतः मेरे मोहल्ले में बिजली की बहुत कटौती होती रहती हैं जिसका कारण हमारे एरिया में लगा ट्रांसफॉर्मर हैं हमारे मौहल्लेवासियो द्वारा यहा कई बार यहाँ बिजली विभाग में इस बारे में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई गई हैं लेकिन यहाँ हमारी किसी ने नही सुनी और इनके द्वारा कहा गया कि आप लोग आगे बिजली विभाग में शिकायत दर्ज करवाये अत हमारी समस्याओं का समाधान यहा नही होने के कारण हमें कई परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन हैं कि हमारी समस्याओं का जल्द ही समाधान करें धन्यवाद

सादर निवेदन है कि गांव - गांगियासर , जिला - झुंझुनूं के वार्ड नंबर ११ ,(हाजी मरहूम शमसेर खां , ओर मरहूम युसुफ अली खां के घर के मध्य ) अगुना मोहल्ला में एक लोहे का बिजली का खंबा है जिसमें बरसात के समय करंट लगने से कई जानवरो की मौत हो चुकी हैं ।
यह खंबा घरों के बीच में होने से इंसानों के साथ हादसों के लिए खतरा बना हुआ हैं , आपसे अनुरोध है कि जल्द इस पर उचित कार्रवाई करके इसको हटाने की कृपा करें।
