महोदय ,
राज्य सरकार जिस तरह से स्वास्थ के प्रति अपनी योजनाएं बनाई जाती रही है, जिससे कि राज्य में मरीजों की संख्या में बहुत कमी भी आई हैं,
में यह मानता हूं कि सरकार की सभी लोकजन कल्याण योजनाएं बहुत ही सही तरीके से अमल में लायी जा रही हैं।
उसी क्रम में , में आपसे निवेदन करना चाहूंगा कि राज्य सरकार के द्वरा चलित सभी सरकारी बसों की यात्रा के साथ उनके रुकने के, विश्राम करने के ,अल्पाहार करने स्थान भी सुनिश्चित होंगे।
लेकिन में आपसे एक राजस्थान राज्य का नागरिक होने के नाते यह पूछना चाहुगा की क्या जिस जगह आपके द्वारा चलित सरकारी बसे हाईवे रॉड पर जहा अल्पाहार के लिए रुकती है वह होटल या रेस्टोरेंट किसी मानक के अनुरूप सही है, जिसमे यात्री बिना कुछ देखे ,भरोसा करके कहना खा लेते है,
शायद नही ??
में स्वयं आज हिम्मतनगर गुजरात से बिछीवाड़ा राजस्थान के लिये आपके द्वारा चलित RJ 27 PA 3976 की बस में यात्रा कर रहा हु, लेकिन जिस जगह पर बस चालक के द्वारा अल्पहार के लिए रोका गया वह किसी भी स्तर से मान्य रेस्टोरेंट नही है, वहां पर खुले में पकोड़े, समोसे, नास्ता रखा हुआ था जिसपर के मक्खियों का जमावड़ा था , ओर बस से उतरे यात्री मजबूर होते हुए कहे जा रहे थे कि क्या देखकर यहा पर स्टॉप किया गया??
ज्यादा कुछ नही कहुगा , महोदय कृपया बस को रुकने का स्थान किसी सही जगह पर करवाने का श्रम करावे।

I am traveling on 11 July 2018 08:00 by Rajasthan Lok privahan bus Gurgaon to Jaipur bus no RJ 02 6010 bheror depot suddenly that bus have pressure problem stop after dharuhera on highway conductor say after 05 mint 10,20, minutes that start but bus not start and conductor do not refund public money and my money that have no permit no Haryana tax and your rsrtc toll free no not support any body that person say me no help on this time.

I go to jhalawar from Baran by morning 5-30 bus, and it never starts on time, and after leaving the deposit, it stop a tea shop for another 10 minutes. To add to the misery, The bus which started at 6 rather than 5-30 also stops for a tea break of 30 minutes at Midway, just one hour after starting. This leads to problem with passengers. I couldn't find my connecting bus ever. To complain to driver, conductor or in baran deposit is of no use. They always turn a blind eye to it.
Please take action in this regard.

I have booked ticket from jaipur to kishangarh in RSRTC volvo, my ticket number is TM9422388099 and pnr number is XKSGV1808071800003. Bus timing to reach at boarding point i.e 200 feet bypass is 7:50 am. I have arrived at my boarding destination at 7:40 am. Bus arrived at 7:55 am and when asked the conductor whether this bus is going to kishangarh or not than he said no this bus is not going to kishangarh. So i have waited for half and hour for my bus which i had booked. When bus not arrived then i called to general enquiry number and they said that bus already passed the 200 feet bypass on time, that means a bus arrived at 7:55 is my bus which i have booked but due to wrong information provided by conductor i missed my bus. This is so unprofessional. I want my money back.
