No, is 130131025161 I am living in Panva, kavita village -Udaipur,post Rajasthan 313001 in my village's tranformer has been burned last month (15-11-2017).we are complain on phone in AVVNL -udaipur office. but no any action taken till date.we are frusted and facese very problem in farming field and watering to wheat. Now days its wheat harvesting time and we having wheat irrigation so please give us right direction / step to change the transformer.and solve the our problem .

1) दरअसल मै उल्लेख करना चाहूंगा की मेरे बिल मे स्थाई शुल्क 400 रूपए है जबकि बाकी सब के 200 तो प्लीज सुधार करे ....
2) मेरा मीटर Oct. 2017 मे ही खराब हो गया और नया मीटर 25 nov. को लगाया गया और अब तक 30 यूनिट आये है ,जबकि बिल 2 महीने (nov.& dec.) का आया है तो मुझे यह गणित समझ नही आ रही कि जब बिल मौजूद ही नही था तोह इन दो महीनों मे कितनी क्या यूनिट आयी यह कैसा जाना आपने ?
किस base पर आपने यह बिल जारी किया सर? पिछले यूनिट के base पर?
लगातार 3-4 पिछले बिल ऐसे आये है जिनमे अनदेखे ही बिल छाप रहे हो जबकि गाँवो मे इतनी light भी नही आती ,10-11 घण्टे आजकल क्या वैल्यू है इस तेजी के युग मे,यंहा भी गाँवो मे सर बच्चे पढ़ना चाहते है पर कैसे ?
