मैंने 09 जुलाई 2018 को एमरोन बेट्री सोनू बेट्री वकर्स से ली थी लेकिन बेट्री 10 महीने बाद खराब हो गई ।और सोनू द्वारा हमें क्लेम में दूसरी बेट्री दी गई थी ।
लेकिन दूसरी बेट्री भी सही न मिलने के कारण सही नही निकली और हम बेट्री को सोनू के यहाँ दे आये ।

Sir,
We purchased Amaron inverter battery of 150Ah with 36 months warranty on 2017 October 20th and within two years on purchasing our battery got damaged therefore we replaced it. The new replaced inverter battery also got damaged within the given warranty period however our warranty card got lost from the amaron inverter battery dealer during the replacement.

With reference to above subject, I have taken a M/cycle battery from Parbhani district on 8.10.2019 with this mail I attached Guarantee card, at that time owner told me that if you get any problem within guarantee period I will give you replace new battery, this battery is going down day by day from that my vehicle did not starts. I contact to shop owner about that problem before a lockdown period, he told me that to know the problem you need to come on Friday to replace or change the battery. Actually I am working in RTO Hingoli Dist. As a clerk And my daily updown to Parbhani. From this my busy schedule I arrange time and I show my battery to the shop owner in March 2020. After a lockdown period I go to shop and inquiry about my battery, he told me that I show to Amron company representative and he told me that their is no any problem in you battery and he give me battery with charging as it is and fitted to my vehicle and again he told me if you get any problem within guarantee period I will replace it.
My problem is that now again I am suffering from same problem and again he will do charge to the battery and again he will give me same, after a 5 or 6 months again I will face same proble and guarantee period will be end. Thats why I want to change my vehicle battery as shop owner told me.
My request to you sir please lookout in my matter and do what is in your guarantee.

This is about my amaron battery which getting down since last two month first i shown to machenic he suggest me to charge the battery & after a month same issue happen then my machenic suggest to go amaron authorised which is in Opera house Mumbai 400004 dealler he as taken my battery and told me come after 2 days when i went after two days at authorised shop he just charge my battery & given back said it is fine. i explain him its olny happen with the battery once kept my bike shut down for atleast 3-4 days standby it get drain so what was the purpose giving battery in warranty and not replacing to new battery simply they spoilling the brand image hope can understand my concern which i drop hope u can solve my issue to new one..

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Amaron Inverter with Battery that I purchased from Aarav Traders on May 25, 2021. The purchase details are attached for your reference.
I would like to draw your attention to a persistent issue with the water level indicator in the battery, which continues to show a positive level despite the battery being fully charged.
Recently, when I raised this issue with the dealer, they suggested that the battery might not contain water. However, their response was unsatisfactory, and their behavior was disrespectful on multiple occasions. This has negatively impacted the reputation of Amaron.
I have a video recording showing the battery with a positive water level.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter. It is crucial for me to have a functioning power backup, especially during the summer months.
I have great faith in the Amaron team and am confident that you will address this issue promptly and effectively.
