    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Amaron Inverter with Battery that I purchased from Aarav Traders on May 25, 2021. The purchase details are attached for your reference.

    I would like to draw your attention to a persistent issue with the water level indicator in the battery, which continues to show a positive level despite the battery being fully charged.

    Recently, when I raised this issue with the dealer, they suggested that the battery might not contain water. However, their response was unsatisfactory, and their behavior was disrespectful on multiple occasions. This has negatively impacted the reputation of Amaron.

    I have a video recording showing the battery with a positive water level.

    I kindly request your intervention in this matter. It is crucial for me to have a functioning power backup, especially during the summer months.

    I have great faith in the Amaron team and am confident that you will address this issue promptly and effectively.
