With reference to above subject, I have taken a M/cycle battery from Parbhani district on 8.10.2019 with this mail I attached Guarantee card, at that time owner told me that if you get any problem within guarantee period I will give you replace new battery, this battery is going down day by day from that my vehicle did not starts. I contact to shop owner about that problem before a lockdown period, he told me that to know the problem you need to come on Friday to replace or change the battery. Actually I am working in RTO Hingoli Dist. As a clerk And my daily updown to Parbhani. From this my busy schedule I arrange time and I show my battery to the shop owner in March 2020. After a lockdown period I go to shop and inquiry about my battery, he told me that I show to Amron company representative and he told me that their is no any problem in you battery and he give me battery with charging as it is and fitted to my vehicle and again he told me if you get any problem within guarantee period I will replace it.
My problem is that now again I am suffering from same problem and again he will do charge to the battery and again he will give me same, after a 5 or 6 months again I will face same proble and guarantee period will be end. Thats why I want to change my vehicle battery as shop owner told me.
My request to you sir please lookout in my matter and do what is in your guarantee.
