Sir,
I Shri Arunaditya Deb Roy, S/O Late Akhil Chandra Deb Roy, from West Tripura, It is to intimate you that I have retrenched in the year 2011 without notice after working 2003-2011 from BSNL, Tripura SSA. So in this connection, I don’t know who help me to proper investigation and judgment for my future career which is valuable part of my life. I want to reinstead in the BSNL, Tripura SSA but again and again denied me for reinstead due to financial crisis.
The assistant Labour Commissioner(ALC), College Road Silchar-788004, Dist Cachar Assam Sri Chiranjeev Saikia 3(three) times calling me in his office chamber address , Ministry of Labour & Employment, O/o Assistant Labour Commissioner(Central), College Road-788004 Cachar Asaam, Silchar, Ph:- 03842-267330. Email: alc.sil-as@gov.in to take decision on the spot in the joint discussion / conciliation in presence of BSNL, Tripura SSA authority, myself and Sri Chiranjeev Saikia, Assistant Labour Commissioner(Central). I was present in the meeting 2 (times),3rd time I was not present in the meeting due to illness of my 10 month baby, he was admitted in the hospital due to Bronco-nemonea.
Again I have received a letter No.8(08)/2016-S/A dated,17-03-2017, for joint discussion / conciliation with Shri Chiranjeev Saikia, ALC, College Road Cachar Assam, 788004, Silchar and I will go on 10-04-2017 for the same without TA OR DA. After discussion Shri Chiranjeev Saikia,ALC, Silchar, Assam signed by me in the note sheet and accordingly I have signed in the note sheet and told me that it was failure notice and due to short time and I could not understand why signed by me in this note sheet and he told me that the letter will send the Ministry of Labour Dept.Dellhi, for necessary action. (letter enclosed).
But till date 27-12-2017 I have not received any letter from Ministry of lavour department ,Delhi, I am deprived and I am facing lot of trouble with my family from the year 2003 to 2017. Again and again BSNL Tripura SSA denied me for reinstead in the BSNL but Shillong NE-1 Circle , BSNL agree with my complaint. But I don’t know why BSNL, Tripura SSA again and again denied me, I think they are know that I am a BJP worker (Pristha Pramukh). I have several times correspondence for judgement my case but again and again denied me and false information given by BSNL, Tripura SSA.. After retrenched from in the year 2011, nobody of BSNL, Tripura SSA contact with me that what is my family condition.
That Sir, it is to intimate you that I had been working in the BSNL in the from the year 2003 to 2011 it is 100% true, how to deny after 9(Nine) years working in the BSNL and why bound to me signed in the blank A.C G-17, why deprived me? I was working under the Divisional Engineer (External I & II), Divisional Engineer (OP), Divisional Engineer (E/P) and my handwriting is present in the all official letters and Peon Books, Sale Tax Register which was forwarded by the above mentioned BSNL officers. So, why BSNL Tripura SSA again and again denied me.
Recently, BSNL Tripura SSA verify the case and reply me that my complaint is correct and I was working in the BSNL as a contractual basis under Contractor maintaining by the guidelines of Telecommunication of Delhi, but presently not in a position to provide me any kind of job due to financial crisis. But it is to intimate you that I was not worked under any contractor, I was worked under BSNL Tripura SSA above mentioned officers and if I was worked under any contractor then where is my ESI, EPF please verify. Then give my EPF balance amount. I think BSNL, Tripura SSA, Agartala playing political game with me. I have joined in the Bharatiya Janata Party in the year 2014 and I am working as a PRISTHA PANNA.
So, I want to proper investigation and judgment and I want to reinstead in the BSNL or give me compensation or back to my 9 years. Because, after retrenched from BSNL I am facing lot of trouble, my mother is ill and she is suffering Sideroblastic Anemia with high blood pressure and my baby is 2 years old. So in this way I am not able to maintain my family and I am also under treatment because my Gall Bladder operation done few years back and Now I am suffering from hypertension, Cholesterol with depressing, I am always want to give my best effort to the BSNL Tripura SSA for development but result is zero.
