    My smart card no.200556629805.we have recharge Rs.2499/- on 22/03/2018 for 2 years plan.but after activating the pack most of all channel are not coming.we have raised ourconcern to many time, we are not getting proper response from your end,since last 2 month there no service to broad casting tv in any channel. We made several complaint but no reply. Hence you are requested to refund my recharge full amount and previous balance amount. Total Rs. 2499 + 390 = 2889/- Please refund.

    Channel issue

    We have tried the customer care number so many times but nobody is giving the proper response. we are struggling for channel coming issue. Maxximum Channel is not coming so we have tried to contact with customer Care but very poor response from their side.
    We just want to know this company is closed or going on so that we can raised this concern with Top management. If nobody wants to give us service then why this company is launched.
    Kindly give us your COO number so that we can escalate the same to him.
    I hope you will give us respond on priority.

    This is totally Fraud case where Re-charge amount for INR 2,000/- has been taken for 1 year without any TV connection for last 2 months. I immediately want the refund of my money or else will lodge a compliant with Consumer Forum.

It is also against the consumer rules and an unfair illegal practice. As early as possible when it is installed ? Clearly stated the reason and and what is options for me in that condition. If connection is not installed within week I will take legal action against you at your cost. I also try many times to contact you through your toll free helpline no. but it is not working. You has been failed to fullfill your obligations even the last deadline of June 15 has been expired as your commitment. It looks like a big fraud and I will be lodge FIR against you if connection is not installed within a week and also take legal action against you in court of law.
