    I have booked 3rd march 2018 and booking id is 13500406 . I called your customer care no. They people are told me 15th June it was install but not installed. Then I again called they people are told me wait 30th June . But till 31july it was not installed.It is also against the consumer rules and an unfair illegal practice. As early as possible when it is installed ? Clearly stated the reason and and what is options for me in that condition. If connection is not installed within week I will take legal action against you at your cost. I also try many times to contact you through your toll free helpline no. but it is not working. You has been failed to fullfill your obligations even the last deadline of June 15 has been expired as your commitment. It looks like a big fraud and I will be lodge FIR against you if connection is not installed within a week and also take legal action against you in court of law.

    Big T.V through online on 3rd March 2018. and he paid Rs. 499/-. as per consumer the
    company said that within 30 to 45 days they install there services in his home but till
    now consumer did not get any response from the company. he many time called to the
    company customer care but they continuing delay there services.

    Reliance Team / Mr. Anil Ambani , enough fooling is done now, since March 2018, the connection is NOT working and have already paid an amount of Rs.1500/- in Feb.2018.
