So pathetic,worst server, worst service, incompetent staff and worst working ethics.
Balace deducted from "IRCTC ewallet" and its showing "transaction pending from bank". How ridiculous!
Top of this- ticket not booked.
Please resolve the issue immediately.

sir i was transffered rs 705 on 06 jul 19. my money was transffered in irctc wallet however had m not a registered user of the irctc e waller. amount not refunded till to date

I tried to book tatkal ticket at 11 AM by using E Wallet. But the OTP Generated at 11.15 AM. tickets are went to waiting list. Please do generate OTP Quickly. Its very irritating to me. Why we need OTP here. We users have Transaction Password then why we need OTP generation here. Please take immediate action. Thanks in advance.

I booked a ticket using IRCTC app and paid using IRCTC E-Wallet. Ticket did not get confirm and get cancelled by itself. I did not get refund amount till now since 30th June 2019. I mailed at IRCTC e-cares, but they replied with the statement that they have refunded the amount.

Dear IRCTC,
My username: KAMLESHRAB
Deposited the sum of Rs. 5000(2500=2500) IN TWO PARTS OF RS. 2500 in the e wallet by UPI but balance not received. And as per massages received by banks says transaction successful.Amount is also deducted from my account. Even IRctc site has displaced message that transaction successful. When i checked E wallete balance checked it shows no amount deposited. you are requested to refund back amount or deposit amount in E wallet.
Kindly look into this and update the balance. details of UPI transactions area as under.

Sir I have deposited Rs.8000/- in my IRCTC EWallet on 06.11.2023 for buying Air Ticket from IRCTC app but later I came to know that there is no payment option of IRCTC EWallet for buying Air Ticket. Then I called customer care number from there I came to know that this amount of Rs. 8000/- which I have deposited in IRCTC EWallet can only be used for buying railway tickets. Sir I am from Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands there is no Railway service in my area and now my Rs. 8000/- is blocked in EWallet kindly refund it to my same Bank account from which I have deposited this amount. Please do the needful as early as possible I am tired of calling the Railway Customer care.

As I could not book tickets through IRCTC Wallets, I need refund. However when I saw conditions that refund is not allowed, I am shocked. It is injustice with the customer as I dont have any requirements in future and my Rs.1000 got blocked in IRCTC Wallet.
