Dear Sir/Mam,
Here i am requesting you to close mt TATA SBI CREDIT CARD from today itself as it is lost somewhere and i am not interester to reissue of card.
Please close it permanently from today onwards.
As on today till time there is credit balance of 36 Rs/- in my account.
I have no dues against card payments as on date 14.06.2019.
