I purchased one ac online through Amazon.which was delivered at my home on 8.01.2018.for installation of ac,I have so many time registered my request on 9,10,11,13 and 14 january through customer service help line and telephonic to your Ahmedabad service centre.But it give me concern that no one came to instal the ac.Now,I have made installation at local electrician.I take oath not to purchase any product from mitashi and aswell as give favourable advise to purchase your products.

Dear Mitashi Team,
I have purchase a Mitashi 1 ton AC of 21/02/2018, same day after some time its not working ,so i complaint in customer care, 2 executive come in my office and open AC and something take away with own, after some time he is called me and demands 4500/- , and my AC is physically damaged in inner side, i think it will be second hand,

Sir,
I had purchased the above-mentioned Smart TV from the Great Eastern Retail Pvt, Ltd. Keranitola, Judge court Road, Midnapore – 721101, west Bengal on 8th July 2018 vide above mentioned tax invoice.
On 29th July 2019 evening, while I was watching a programme in this Television, a grilled line had appeared on the Television screen. For that, I made a complain to the customer care vide above mentioned complain Number. Initially I was observed a black spot on right bottom corner of above Tv monitor. The grilled lines on monitor spreading throughout the monitor, day by day and ultimately after 2-3 days on 3rd August 2019 there was no picture on monitor.
The technician had come and visited my place on 5th Aug.2019. After inspection, the technician denied the warranty and claim a chargeable repair. Saying that it was not happen automatically. It happened only because of hitting from outside of the screen. But sir, it was completely wrong explanation/ observation if it was due to hitting from out side then obviously there would be a sign of hitting on outer surface of the screen but there is no such sign. Sir, I assure you that it happened automatically and it is a very genuine case of defective product.
I have reported the above matter to them several times through E-mail but despite all my pleadings they have not made good the defect in the goods neither given any assurance of that, which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional.
