Dear Team
I have purchased KORYO brand Gas Stove at Big Bazaar Kukatpally Hyderabad in the Month of August 18.
I have Burnal lightining problem and given my request to the customer care on 11th Jan 19 bearing request no 19011122388. Nobody has called me.
Again I have given another request to Customer Care team on 21st Jan 19 bearing request no 19012147741. Nobody has called me.
Again I have called customer care team and asked local service centre contact no
You people has given mobile no of Mr Jagadish on 9396377737
I have called many times, he has not lifted the calls.
After some days of many calls I can able to reach him and spoken about my problem and given my complete home address again ( Earlier also given home address to customer care people) .
He has confirmed that, he will send some one and get it done. But nobody has visited.
Again I called him and asked him about his commitment , he said he will send some one.
Today is 26th if Jan 19. After 15 days also None of the persons has visited my home.
Such a great and pathetic service you are giving to the customers. How can I refer to my friends and family members to take your products.
Moreover we are facing problem for cooking at home from last 15days.
I will not wait for longer time for your service, I will go to consumer forum regarding this if this has not get it done on priority basis.
