    Four burner stove burst reg by S. Rukmani:

    I have purchased four burner stove automatically operated. Copy of invoice enclosed. The said stove burst while cooking at our home. Unfortunately no casualties. But your stove one corner damaged heavily due to burst.
    I had procured this stove based on your past performance with customers. But I am sorry to say that the deviations may be the design of the stove maybe.
    Local dealer says that to pay 5000/-.,to replace the bed like that. For these type of deviation how we pay the additional charges. As I had not received any printout reply from local dealer I am submitting the grevence directly to you.
    I kindly request you to solve my grevance
    And replace the stove at free of cost immediately.

    I am very sorry to inform you that , there is no change in service commitment of Faber . I have never experienced such delay in service from any Professional Company ever . Last time also experienced the same like this time.
    Let me inform you the situation , on 29th March 2018 one service person came to my residence and spoke to my wife and made an agreement with a payment of Rs.2300 to provide service for 1 year , Document as attached . As per the agreement Faber should provide 6 services , 1st service at the time of agreement and balance 5 services in next 12 months . So we expected atleast 1 service in 2 to 3months time . But no one turned up yet . Day by day our Machine condition is deteriorating, due to lack of cleaning sucks ion capacity is reducing ,not only the machine my entire interior decoration is effected due to no service .
    We had made number of calls to toll free number 18002093484 and also to the local service centre but no one is taking any responsibility to send a service person to complete the task . Whenever we are calling to help line they are giving assurance of service within 48 hours but that 48hours are not coming in last 30 days . Local Service Agency is helpless and telling that unless they get the information from Help Line they can not do the servicing .
    Pathetic Service . I had made a mistake by taking the product of Faber . I will contact your Head Quarter and inform about this situation . Also I will ensure all the consumers know about Faber service so that they can take decision before purchasing any product of Faber . I have more than 4000 followers in social media , let them also know the pain of a customer of Faber . Also this case will be forwarded to Consumer Court if you can not provide proper service within 48 hours .

    Bought a fabar cooking range from AETCO Electric trading company mumbai. by PETER BARRETO:

    Purchased a faber cooking range FCR 52L 4B BEG from AETCO Asistic Electric trading company, lohar chawl mumbai.Transported to Goa address by removing the companies packing as it was kepted for display and send it to goa with ordinary packing in which the front glass is fully damaged. Now AETCO in mumbai the owner says it is not his fault and wants to close the matter. Mr puneet gupta this type of agency you need to sake so your faber companies name is not screwed up. Faber company is charging me 8 thousand to fix the glass door because of this stupid irresponsible agency in mumbai Asistic Electric trading company. 8 thousand just doesn't grow on tree you AETCO electric trading company the way you cheat/haras customers you will be paid thousand times.

    Purchased FCR 52L 4B BEG cooking range of faber company from Asistic Electric trading company lohar chawl mumbai. irresponsible owner of assistic removed the companies package to display it and transported the same to goa just in a box no termocoal even just wrapped in plactic and placed in the box.the front door glass fully broken and now the owner of asistic washing his hands and says nothing can be done. Mr Puneet gupta/ Mr Deepak Bhatnagar/Mr Anuj sharma/Mr Girish Banwait you'll are in higher position of Faber company, we do not understand how you trust this agency of your which is based in Mumbai named AETCO Asistic Electric trading lohar chawl mumbai.Faber company name is doomed by such irresponsible untrustworthy who have no respect for their clients, AETCO are cheat and trouble some sheet people. If it was faber company it would have not be damaged atall.

    I purchased faber chimney during onam offer in kerala. The offer was installation free with kit and to get it there was a coupon available on payment of 1180/- for installation pipe. The dealer geg me the coupon. Now I want to fix the hood and hob but the company refused to give me pipe even though I have coupon. They say time period is over. But why cant they give me pipe even though I have paid for it. Installation I will pay plz reply.
