Sir,Pl note,I gave my Chq of Rs.2410 for 1 yr renewal to yr.Off on 5 Dec' 2016.That was credited to yr A/c on 13/12/16.Yr acknowledging thanks sms recd.after a month.I enquired in last wk of Jan'17 about delay in sending my renewal coupons.On 2/2/17 a lady asked my home location & told that it would take normally 21 days from expiry date of my last coupon.I objected to this pretext.Today another lady rang up & asked home location again for re-issuing my coupons.What's a bluff? Coupons not delivered till date.Yr CCServices are very low graded & careless-ness.It must ensure that coupons be delivered within 7/8days immediately after Chq.encashment. My vendor chasing for coupon. Pl take proper action urgenly. With thanks.

I am a subscriber of ABP& Telegraph for last 10 years. Recently I have
changed my residential address
from F-G,PH-1,1st Floor, Nabapally Hsn Complex,Barasat,Kolkata-126 to
F-11, Sabitri Apt, Sarada Sarani, East Udayrajpur, Madhyamgram,Kol-129.
I submitted my 1 year combo subscription coupons to an agent Mr.Shamim two
months back to change of my address in those coupons, but neither the agent
changed my address nor did he contact me till date. Unfortunately I lost
his mobile number.
I am paying cash for those two newspaper even though I've already paid 1
year subscription in cheque.
Kindly look into the matter and do needful.
