The shirt was little bigger for my son so the shop boy sent the shirt to thewrangler employed tailor but the tailor spoied the shirt. Bbut i had to pay for theshirt..The shirt cost Rs2500 . Hi, It is been most disheartening from brand like Wrangler.....highly disappointing with the wrangler sales executive. I have purchased a jeans from Wrangler showroom of Lakecity Mall Udaipur (Raj) which got altered by some tailor from Warangler showroom only. Now as the altered jeans is not fitting me, I have asked for the tailor's number but the sales executive by the name Jitendra was so rude & rough & was not of any help. Inspite he was so boast of his 12 years experience. This is worst experience for me, i can u'stand that at times alteration can go wrong but executive should atleast try and help the client to come up with a solution. After all client has paid for this.
Really looking forward for an apology & a solution as I have always looked up for this brand...

I am Prince Rathore and my contact number is 9810846188 had purchased the jacket on 26/12/19 from wrangler store, Triton mall jhotwara, Jaipur . The jacket is having manufacturing defect. It was used only 4-5 time and that for 2 - 4hr only. Iam the regular customer of the brand. All my family members used to purchase but this time I was disappointed with the quality of the product I spent more than 4500/- on the jacket and not able to use that. I visited the store also bug they refused to change.The photos are attached for your reference please have a look . Request you to please do the needful at the earliest.
