Hi,
My complaint with request no (MU17107697516677748) captioned in the subject line was raised dated 17th Oct'23. The technician aligned to this ticket is Mr. Ansari from Cool service centre Mob No. 7738792364.
I happened to recieve a call from him dated 18th Oct'23 wherein I shared him the problem statement of Outdoor PCB not working which needs a replacement basis the diagnosis done dated 15th Aug'23 by your technician.
Since then, I'm the one who is following and chasing up the present technician for the status which in an ideal and expected manner should be other way round.
Today, I called him and he said that he is unable to fit it the code in this system which is mapped to my PCB hence unable to place the spare part order. He was also unsure about the next steps and upon asking him his senior contact details which he mentioned that he'll share, however, I'm still awaiting an update on the same.
Spoke to your contact centre team as well with no or repeated resolution stating the case has been escalated to service center for prompt closure which unfortunately never occurred.
I need a resolution asap on this issue since my family is suffering due to incompetent services that has been offered.

It'll be unfortunate situation since I'd be forced to initiate legal action, incase I don't get a resolution this time.
