Hi, It is been most disheartening from brand like Wrangler.....highly disappointing with the wrangler sales executive. I have purchased a jeans from Wrangler showroom of Lakecity Mall Udaipur (Raj) which got altered by some tailor from Warangler showroom only. Now as the altered jeans is not fitting me, I have asked for the tailor's number but the sales executive by the name Jitendra was so rude & rough & was not of any help. Inspite he was so boast of his 12 years experience. This is worst experience for me, i can u'stand that at times alteration can go wrong but executive should atleast try and help the client to come up with a solution. After all client has paid for this.
Really looking forward for an apology & a solution as I have always looked up for this brand...
